Order Tracking
Tracking your order on Gifts 2 Go is easy. Just follow these steps!
When you place an order, we generate a user name and password for you based on the details you provide.

When your gifts are ready to send, we will update your order status and send you an e-mail letting you know that your order has been dispatched.
Orders shipping directly from us will have your parcel Tracking Number, allowing you to track your order's shipping status on City Link.
Some orders are shipped directly from our suppliers; these will not have a City Link tracking number. In these cases, your confirmation e-mail will state the supplier your order is shipping from, and an estimated time to delivery. |

Your user name is the e-mail address you gave us when you ordered.
Your password is the first name you gave us - we recommend that you change this password in "My Account" when you log in for the first time. |
 Enter your login details in the "Customer Login" box - this is in the lower right corner of the site.

You will then see your Account page. Clicking "Track My Orders" will link you to a list of all the orders you have placed.
From here you will be offered a list of all the orders you have placed. Click "View" next to any order number to see the order details and information about the order's current status. |
 Click on the "Track My Orders" button to view any orders you have placed.
